I had the opportunity to work on the therapeutic value of fairy tales during my french litterature studies at university. I wanted to create an e-book type website, modern and playful, allowing to read (or read again) the most famous tales of Charles Perrault, brothers Grimm, or of the Arabic-Persian tradition.

Visual guidelines
The colors are those of magic and friendliness. They help making the experience fun for the user. The images were created by illustrators who are also passionate about storytelling. The objective of this site is to make the reading of tales pleasant and very accessible for every screen size (phone, tablet, desktop...).
Quattrocento is a classic, elegant, sober and strong typeface. Their wide and open letterforms, and great x-height, make it very legible for body text at small sizes. The tiny details that only show up at bigger sizes make it also great for display use. Bilbo is a very legible calligraphic style with a masculine feel. It can be used for more than just display.
